Delivery Policy

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical. Length of time for delivery will depend upon the method of delivery chosen by the customer.

Please note that because of  courier delivery requirments we are unable to offer any delivery  to PO Box addresses without prior agreement. Orders placed with PO Box addresses with no prior agreement will be refused or cancelled and refunded.

Some of our suppliers despatch directly to our customers since certain ranges of products are fabricated to order. In these cases there will sometimes be a slight delay in shipment. Where this is the case we will always try to make this clear to our customers before purchase.

Standard Delivery Charges

Our standard courier service to standard UK mainland addresses for packages up to a volumetic size of 25kg is charged at £8.40. If an order exceeds 25kg or requires an additional package these are charged at £5.00

Delivery to some addresses in the UK Highlands and Islands including Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Nothern Ireland are subject to an additional charge levied by couriers.

Small packages will be sent via Royal Mail signed for service up to a limit of 1kg and a charge of £4.90

Free Delivery Offers

Fast Fox Limited provides free standard shipping (and collection in the case of Zircotec coatings) on all orders over £100 and being shipped to standard UK mainland addresses. We are sadly unable to provide this offer to areas of the UK Highlands and Islands including Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Nothern Ireland due to restrictions by UK couriers. 

Fast Fox Limited reserves the right to alter or withdraw the free shipping offers at any time or upon being informed of changes by our preferred couriers.

At Fast Fox we hope that you are happy with your purchases; however we know that occasionally you will need to return or cancel an item. Before returning any goods we strongly recommend that you read our Terms & Conditions and ask you to note that we adhere to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 In all circumstances it is essential that you contact us to inform us of any return so we can provide you with a returns number. Return of goods with no returns authorisation number can mean long delays in identifying customer orders. We wish to avoid any delay in helping our customers and at all times it is our aim to provide the highest levels of customer service. See how to obtain a returns number below.

 Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 14 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions: 

  • Items are returned carriage paid by the customer.
  • Items are received in an as-new, resalable condition.
  • Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
  • Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).
  • We cannot accept for return any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification. This is specifically the case with regard to the ceramic coatings services offered by Fast Fox Limited in partnership with Zircotec Limited. At all times Fast Fox complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


Damaged packaging or goods

If the packaging to goods has been damaged in transit we advise all customers to take photographs BEFORE OPENING (even if only with mobile phones) ALSO to take photographs of any goods which have also arrived having been damaged in transit.

Items supplied correctly in undamaged condition which are returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you in the quickest most efficient way by providing as much detail as possible.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered and recommend a tracked service is used so delivery can be confirmed. Please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier. We recommend that in the case of the Royal Mail that you make sure that the insurance covers the full value of the goods

To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number please contact our Customer Service team

Once we have sent you a Returns Authorisation Number by email you can then also download our returns form to fill in and send back alongside your item(s)

Fast Fox is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.

Shortages & Damage - Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

Deposits - On any non stock special order item we reserve the right to charge a deposit of 100GBP or 50% of order value to the customer’s credit/debit card, which is non returnable in the event of cancellation, based upon the customers implicit instructions to order the goods on their behalf.
